FORMED is a Netflix-like Video On Demand and digital content service that features audio, video, ebooks and feature-length films from some of the world’s most credible Catholic sources, such as the Augustine Institute and Ignatius Press.

The Archdiocese of New York has gifted a FREE subscription to FORMED to as a parishioner of Epiphany Church! Aren’t you the lucky one!

To get your subscription, and begin watching a ton of wonderful media, you need only click on the FORMED icon below to get registered. Here are the steps once you are into the website:

1. On the first screen that pops up, click on “SIGN UP”

2. On the next screen, choose I BELONG TO A PARISH OR ORGANIZATION.

3. Under CREATE NEW ACCOUNT, type in Epiphany’s zip code: 10010

4. On the next screen, choose EPIPHANY CHURCH

5. On the final screen, type in your name and your email address. Immediately you will be told to go to your email to confirm.

6. Begin watching and reading!
