EVENTS HOSPITALITY

At the Church of the Epiphany, we understand the importance of creating a sense of belonging and providing a comfortable space for our congregation and the wider community alike. Our Events Hospitality Ministry takes on the responsibility of ensuring that every special event, whether it is a worship service, a concert, a community gathering, or an outreach initiative, receives the highest level of care and attention to detail.

The ministry members serve as hosts, offering a helping hand to anyone seeking information, tickets, or details about any of our many Epiphany events. Furthermore, they take charge of the setup and breakdown of each event, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. From arranging chairs and tables to decorating the venue according to the theme of the event, they showcase their creative flair and attention to detail. After the event, they ensure that the space is clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the occasion except for the memories and the positive impact it had on those who attended. It is through the tireless efforts of the Events Hospitality Ministry that Church of the Epiphany is able to extend its warm embrace beyond Sunday worship services.
