A Loving Hand

We know that as Christians we are called to reach out to one another, especially to those most in need. This ministry focuses on those in our parish and neighborhood who are living alone, or are unable to get out of their homes. Parishioners wishing to be visited (by phone or in person) with some tender love are paired with an Outreach Minister from our parish.
