SPIRITUALITY COMMITTEE

The Liturgical Committee of Epiphany Church
takes pride in its role as collaborator and coordinator in Epiphany’s worship experience. Members strive to create an environment where the liturgy becomes a transformative encounter with the divine, lifting hearts and minds towards God.

Whether it's the jubilation of Christmas and Easter, or the reverence and reflection of Lent and Advent, or the day-to-day faith of ordinary time in the Church year, the chooses themes and coordinates our liturgical celebrations with the intention of highlighting the sacred beauty of the liturgy. It coordinates liturgical ministers of the Word and of the Eucharist, appoints Hospitality Ministers to welcoming and organizing tasks—-and recognizing the pivotal role music plays in elevating worship, the committee helps select appropriate music music that suits the varied Mass congregations.

To achieve this, the Liturgical Committee collaborates with a talented array of musicians, vocalists, and liturgical ministers who selflessly dedicate their gifts to the service of the Church. Their harmonious coordination ensures a unified and seamless celebration of the liturgy, with the intention of making it engaging, inspiring and transformative for the participants. By honoring the traditions and rituals of the Church while incorporating contemporary sensibilities, the committee creates a worship atmosphere that resonates with both the young and old, bridging generations in faithful unity.
